A: Room sizes vary but each room has one or more beds, dressers for storing clothes, and individually-controlled electric heat. Towels, washcloths, pillows, blankets, and sheets are provided. Toilets, sinks, and showers are down the hall and shared with other Houseparty guests.
You will be assigned a room based on your family size:
Individuals will be grouped in rooms of 6-8 other individuals (of the same gender).
Married couples will be in a private room, along with their children (if any).
Partial families will be paired with other partial families in groups of 4-6 per room (depending on size and availability). Rooms will be of single gender.
For example, a mom and daughter may share a room with another mom and daughter.

A: When you register, you will pay the full amount. $100 of that registration fee is counted as a deposit and is not refundable. We use the deposit money to buy needed supplies before the event. The remainder of your registration fee is refundable.
A: The costs cover your lodging, meals, and activities. You may wish to purchase souvenirs from the small camp store or coffee from the coffee shop during their limited hours.

We hope the weather will allow you to try cross country skiing and some of the other snow and ice dependent activities but cannot guarantee the weather conditions. If we do get to ski, this kind of skiing is on flat ground (not down a hill). It's very safe...and a good cardio workout!
